How do you receive the vouchers?
There are two ways that your vouchers will be delivered to you.
1. Into your mailbox (Physical Voucher)
2. Into your Prop.ly Email (Electronic Vouchers)

Physical Vouchers
- Vouchers will be delivered to your mailbox no later than 30 days the day your listing gets verified.
- No action is required after. Enjoy!
Electronic Vouchers
- Vouchers will be delivered to your Prop.ly email no later than 30 days the day your listing gets verified.
- There'll be a link for you to click to claim the voucher
- Once receiving this email, you have 2 months to accept the link
- Once the link is accepted, you will receive additional 12 months' validity from the date of acceptance
