For you to receive proposals from agents for your listing, it has to first be verified by us.
After that, you will then be able to receive proposals from Agents.
If your listing has not been verified by us within 3 days of listing, it could be due to one of the reasons mentioned below.
- Your listing did not meet some of the requirement(s)
- Incomplete information
- Incorrect District / Postal Code - Your listing was unverified for 14 days and we were unable to contact you to verify your listing.
- You have included sensitive information in your listing descriptions.
(!) Unverified listings will be delisted by the Prop.ly team after unsuccessfully trying to contact you 3 times at your registered phone number. A verification text message should have been sent to your verified handphone number prior to this.
